Payments are made via World Remit (with a Credit Card, Debit Card or bank transfer); via Venmo or using your PayPal account. World Remit uses data encryption for the protection of your card details. The pilot entry fee includes the fee charged by PayPal but we appreciate it if you use World Remit or Venmo as first options to not incur in such fee. If you are booking your tour via an USPHA instructor you can make the payment directly to him/her. Same refund times apply.

Refunds
We understand it can be difficult making plans in COVID times, so any pilot who cancels their registration will be given a refund as follows:
Cancellation date more than 30 days before tour start date: 100% refund
Cancellation date between 30 days and 10 days before tour start date: 50% refund
Cancellation date between 10 and 5 days before tour start date: 30% refund
Cancellation date less than 5 days before tour start date: 0% refund but you can reschedule
UPDATE:
If goverment level restrictions prevent you from traveling we will refund 100% minus transaction fee.
If you realize last moment you cannot travel for personal reasons, you can use our deposit for any other of our dates or for a private tour on any date that work for you. (We require a minimum of 3 people for a private tour)
